Cancellation Policy

1. 10% of the Total Reservation amount will be charged as retention, in case the cancellation of booking is done minimum 7 days prior to the arrival and the balance booking advance will be refunded within 10 - 15 working days on such cancellation.
   
   

2. One day retention will be charge for all Cancellation done between 7 - 3 days prior to arrival and the balance booking advance, if any will be refunded within 10 - 15 working days on such cancellation.
   
   

3. Entire advance will stand forfeited for all cancellation done within 3 days of arrival or no show.
   * Balance Payment due upon arrival if any.
